- Enhanced DBS Disclosure. Please note if out of date/invalid a new certificate will be required at a cost of £54.00. This is payable at interview (cash or cheque).
- Passport and Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (where applicable)
- Driving Licence (card & paper copy)
- Utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 3 months at your home address)
- Evidence of National Insurance number (NI card/payslip/P60)
- P45 (if you have one)
